Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing any of our services & products; including coaching/mentorship, live trading community access, and signal/trade services or those of 3rd party providers, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide:

Remote Trading education & coaching

Remote Live trading sessions

Remote Community access

Remote Trade ideas and signal alerts

3rd party recommendation on PropFirms, Software, Hardware

All services are designed to educate and guide, not to guarantee financial outcomes.

Digital Products

All our services and products are classified as digital products e.g. online courses, remote coaching programs, online live trading, and any related materials, are non-refundable and must be pre-paid.

2. Free Evaluation Call, Free Demo, Free Trial

Before booking and payment, you can request a free evaluation call, a free demo or a free trial period (for some products e.g. NIG Live Trading Floor) to make sure the program or product is the right fit for you. After 'booking' via phone or in written, you can withdraw from your booking within 14 days. After a payment is made the contract is active and there is no refund.

3. Payment Process

Most products can be bought directly over the related funnel pages, websites or via Stripe link sent upon request.

The "contract" is confirmed as accepted from both sides upon payment. The invoice/receipt and and further product and contract information are sent after payment via email or can be found in the membership area.

For 'booking and payment' request of our digital coaching programs e.g. "Funded Trader Accelerator", please book a call or sent an email. We will then send you a stripe link or bank information for wire transfer. Upon payment received, we will send you an invoice/receipt and further contract, product information and access to the program. The contract is confirmed accepted from both sides upon payment.

4. No Refund Policy

Once purchased, you gain immediate access to resources, systems and information, which makes all products and services ineligible for return.

As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services. You can cancel your subscription any time for subscription based products. Based on your chosen plan, your payment obligation stops with your cancelation. Coaching programs expire with the end of the program automatically.

In case of urgent matters, e.g. illness during a coaching program, the program length can be extended upon written confirmation.

We prioritise your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality trading education. Therefore we also offer a free demo session or free trial period of most of our programs, services and products. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not fully meet your expectations. Please take a moment to review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing, you explicitly agree:

You waive any right to refunds, disputes, or chargebacks

You understand results depend entirely on your effort and market conditions

You will not attempt to reverse payments under any circumstance

Any chargeback attempt will result in:

Immediate termination of access

Potential legal action

Permanent ban from all services

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do NOT guarantee:

Profits

Funded account approval

Trading success within 60 days or any timeframe

Any stated timelines are targets based on own results and of our happy clients, not promises. However, when you followed 100% the systems and rules of our coaching programs e.g. "Funded Trader Accelerator", we will support you for free until you obtain your first USD 50k funded account - even beyond the 60 day program - when you follow the schedule and put the work in.

6. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

All trades executed

Risk management decisions

3rd party software, PropFirm accounts and services

Financial outcomes

Timely, active participation in our programs, attendance of sessions, homework and following of rules/guidance. In case of illness, emergencies or holidays you can pause the coaching programs e.g. Funded Trader Accelerator, if communicated in written at least 24 hours prior (if possible)

Do own due diligence of our recommendations and 3rd party services & products

We are not liable for any losses.

7. Community Rules

You agree NOT to:

Share or leak signals/trades, strategies, playbook, blueprints, systems or content

Resell or redistribute materials

Harass or disrupt the community, the coaches or company reputation, neither directly nor online or in public

Violation = immediate removal (no refund) and legal actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials (videos, systems, strategies, frameworks) are proprietary.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination

You can cancel subscription at any time in written, access remains until the subscription period ends. Combined Coaching Programs e.g. "Funded Trader Accelerator "will be terminated at the end of the defined program length automatically, no need to cancel.

We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for violations.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment received. However, in case of urgent matters, e.g. an illness during a coaching program, the program duration can be extended upon written confirmation.

10 Limitation of Liability

We are NOT responsible for:

Trading losses

Missed opportunities

Emotional or financial distress

Technical issues with wifi, software, hardware or force majeure

Personal issues for non-attendance, non-submission of homework, non-following rules, guidance, rejection of coaching zoom calls or live trading opportunities to practice - that result in bad performance, delays to get funded and/or financial losses

3rd party companies, services & products

Please use services & products at your own risk.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
